Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under federal law, if you don’t have insurance or aren’t using it, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for any non-emergency item or service, including related testing, prescriptions, or equipment. Initial Psychiatric & Mental Health Evaluation
60 minutes · $250
Your first appointment is a collaborative exploration of your experiences. Together, we’ll:
- Discuss your current symptoms and how they affect your goals, relationships, and daily life
- Trace a timeline of meaningful turning points in your life
- Clarify your story and aspirations
- Review rating scales or lab work if needed for a full picture
- Discuss evidence-based treatment options — medication is never a requirement
Follow-Up Counseling & Medication Management
30 minutes · $150
Meeting once or twice a month to check in on your progress. These sessions:
- Review how medications, lifestyle changes, or therapy strategies are working
- Adapt your plan and/or adjust medications as your needs evolve
- Explore ways to integrate supportive lifestyle strategies
- Reinforce growth using supportive counseling techniques
- Ensure continuity of care visit to visit
We provide superbills after each session, which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. A $95 no-show/late cancellation fee applies without 48 hours’ notice.
