Our team can provide:
✅ Psychiatric Evaluations and treatment of mental health and substance use conditions for adults 18 years and older.
✅ Psychiatric and Substance use treatment with medication management and counseling
✅ Mental Health Counseling with therapy modalities like Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy
What we cannot provide:
🚫 Immediate services for someone who is an immediate danger to self or others.

Refer Your Patient with Ease
Our team provides compassionate, high quality mental health care tailored to your patient’s needs.
1️⃣ Fill out your online Referral Form and Release of Information Form
2️⃣ Upon review, our care team will reach out to your patient within 24 to 48 hrs.
3️⃣ Your patient will be seen within 7 to 14 days for an initial evaluation and treatment.
